Booking Terms and Conditions

By making a booking, you agree that you will comply with all current State Government restrictions, including:

  • Only adults over the age of 16 who are fully vaccinated will be allowed entry to the Hotel

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and will be counted as an adult but will not be required to be fully vaccinated (until mandated by the Victorian Government)

  • Children under the age of 12 months will not be included in our indoor number counts

  • Wear a face mask on entry and at all times whilst not seated

  • Check in via the Services Victoria QR code system and show Hotel staff that you have checked in and are fully vaccinated.

  • Do not enter the Hotel if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms which could be Covid-19.

Duration of Reservation

Lunch sittings at 12 and 12.30 are limited to 1.5 hours.

The earlier dinner sitting of 6pm is limited and you will be requested to vacate by 7.15 pm

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your booking and depart at or before the end of your reservation end time. We appreciate your cooperation to not arrive earlier than your booking time as we are unable to have you wait inside due to number restrictions . You may have to wait and gather outside in this case If you are unable to make it to your booking on time we will accommodate where possible, letting us know ahead of time is always appreciated.

Cancellations

We will ask for your credit card details when you book.

At least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, reduction of numbers, or change of date is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given the following cancellation fees will be charged to your nominated card:

  • No show 100% of $50 per adult

  • If cancelled within 24 hours of booking then $25 per adult person

  • If cancelled within 24 to 48 hours $50 per adult

Cancellations and changes to bookings should be made via email to bookings@daylesfordhotel.com.au or by replying to your emailed booking confirmation. If one of your booked guests is unable to attend, this requires notice also, otherwise the reservation charge will still apply. Your reservation can be rescheduled to another available day or time up to 48 hours before the time of the reservation should your plans change.

At the sole discretion of the Daylesford Hotel, in the event a refund needs to be processed for a late-cancellation (e.g. a major change of Government imposed rules out of your and our control), fees may not be charged.

Sundays and Public Holidays

A 10% service surcharge applies for all transactions on Sundays and Public Holidays.

We manage our reservations via the NowBookIt platform. All information provided is not shared with a third party. Only this Hotel can access your information.
