The Bar offers Carlton Draught, VB and Cascade Premium Light on tap as well as an extensive range of Boutique Beers, including the locally brewed Holgate Beer range. The fridge is also stacked with all your favourite RTD’s and the house wine is also the locally produced Hanging Rock reds & whites.

The Bar is situated at the rear of the Hotel which was added on in 1985 and offers patrons to indulge in a game of Pool or darts while listening to a song of their choice from the Video Juke Box. There is also a large Plasma TV screen to watch a game of Footy or enjoy other programs from the Austar satellite. Tvn, the racing station is also on a large TV so horse racing enthusiasts can watch their  horses go round.

All this, while being warmed up by the huge open fire, and being served by the many friendly staff whom are all Locals themselves.

The Bottle shop is an Innkeeper which keeps you up to date with all the specials, drive through or walk in and browse through the great range of Wines, Beers, and Liquors. Local and imported Beers along with all the latest RTD’s and munchies are at your hand, a large Ice chest for ice for your barbies and cooling down needs for those hot summer days in Daylesford.

Local wines are our speciality in the bottle shop, we stock the Sandy Farm Cabernet Merlot, arguably the best selling local red, followed by the wide range of Big Shed winery, also the Daylesford Hotel wine company’s award winning Garnacha and their fast selling Sauvignon Blanc.

We also stock our own branded wine The Daylesford Hotel Shiraz Cabernet and Chardonnay Which is also locally produced.
